1.紫薯洗净,入蒸锅中,水开后,蒸30分钟左右

2.蒸好的紫薯晾凉

3.剥去外皮

4.先用勺子碾碎,再加入绵白糖,逐量加入淡奶油、牛奶,千万不要一次加入全部的淡奶油和牛奶,根据搅拌的干稀程度来决定液体量

5.调好的紫薯馅,加入椰蓉

小窍门&温馨提示
淡奶油、牛奶不要一次全部加入,加一部分,搅拌均匀后再加入,这样才能调出自己满意的程度。
